Ribalon Institute is a private, independent training institute dedicated to Solution-Focused Practice. The institute focuses on the implementation, research, and promotion of Solution-Focused approaches, including therapy, coaching, training, supervision, and, most notably, group work. It fosters international collaboration with Solution-Focused therapists, coaches, and practitioners from around the world, as well as anyone passionate about creating positive change—both in their own lives and in the lives of others.

The Institute and this website both evolved organically from a simple blog I started in 2014. Driven by a strong desire to make a difference, I followed my intuition and began documenting my journey. Today, Ribalon has built numerous international connections and is actively involved in projects and collaborations across the UK, Europe, and beyond. I currently live and thrive in London, where I have spent years specialising in Solution-Focused group work.
